Tiny apartments

Have you lived in a tiny apartment (200-400 sq ft) and what was it like? Would you?

If you look in the middle of a Midwestern state you won't find these. You can find a typical 600 sq ft apartment for $700, but I hear a lot of people saying that's too much and then they're stuck looking for roommates.

I assume if rents keep going up, eventually these will become more common even in rural and suburban areas.
