How often do you attend pole classes?
I had my very first pole class on Saturday and I loved it! I signed up for a membership, 8 classes a month included. I’m not an overly active person (hoping pole can help with that) so it doesn’t come as a surprise how sore I was the following day. And how sore I still am today! I know I likely overexerted myself, so I’m being gentle with my body these following days and eating lots of protein to help my muscles heal. But for my fellow pole people who know what they’re doing- how often did you attend pole classes in the beginning? Did you just power through it? I had another class scheduled for Wednesday and I cancelled it for now because I became concerned about pushing my body past its limit too early into this new adventure. How did you deal with the pain? I know pain is just something that comes with pole fitness and I’m hoping in time my body will get a little more used to it. Thanks all 💕
