Does the pain go away?

After 7 months of doing pole, I thought some pain would subside but alas, it's still just as ouchy. I'm talking about the parts of your body that grab the pole (thighs, inside of arms etc.). Say I'm doing a pole sit and then recline (I assume everyone has a different name for the moves/positions, so apologies if I don't make sense haha), but the thighs... OMG the thighs! It's never constant pain (as in, the pain is only when I'm doing the move, not that I have pain for weeks on end), just bruising and then by the time the next class comes around, I'm fine. Any tips/advice, or is it just something I'll get used to in time? Thanks!
