Online players who just bully the game

I had a go at Prominence Poker earlier on today, and one of the players was really getting on my wick. All he kept doing was going all in all the time, even when there were no cards on the table yet. And he was doing it most of the time when he had no strong hand. And everytime he lost, he just kept buying himself back in again.

These kind of players take the fun out of the game. They only keep going all in because they know their opponents with much less money will just fold, cause they dont wanna loose all their dough. Fair enough that you choose to go all in when you know you have a strong hand, like your 2 cards are 2 aces or 2 kings, or you can make 3 of a kind really early in the game. But doing it just to bully the other players out of the game, that just sucks big time.
