I want to get into collecting pokeplush. But I feel like i started too late and it could gets a little stressful?

I just wanna get into collecting pokemon plush fulltime (lmao) but I hate feeling left out a lot, and now i see people around my area have so much plush and much more funds than me. The hobby started to get stressful. I want to have collector friends too but they have so much more than me and i just dont really have what to say or show to them.
