Help me empower myself

Im looking to get as much of my 401k as possible, my job uses empower I’ve only been with them 3 years so what I’m expecting to be in there is around 11-13k in my calculation. I’m not worried about it being taxed just looking to get the most I can. Something to take into consideration is I I’ve been offered a new position outside of my firm. What are my options?
