How can I earn a steady $40 monthly?

I need a way to get $40-$120 monthly, I cant invest into AI programs, like elevenlabs, I might self host it tho, but I am hesitant to use KYC to register myself on Upwork, and Fiverr gig isnt receiving much attention. Is there a way?
