online student— charging me twice on tuition statement, HELP!

hello, i am an e-campus student but i just went to pay my tuition to what i thought would be around 200 ish dollars like last semester, but turns out its over $1k. i dont have that (no judgement please) i rely on financial aid

it says its charging me both for an athens and e-campus instructional fee but i am strictly online and not on the athens campus.

has this happened w anyone before? i’m freaking out and tuition is due super soon.
