Caffeine alternatives?
I’ve been drinking so much coke/Pepsi than I’m afraid of making it such a reliable habit that it starts to destroy my health. I love Coke, and I can deff tell when I have had one vs when I haven’t.
I’m wondering what healthier alternatives could I replace this with, that also has caffeine? I don’t like coffee at all so that’s off the table for me.
My only other thought is green tea. If anyone has healthy caffeine alternatives that would be great (:
