Prices to go to Touristenfarhten

Was wondering how much does it cost roughly to go to TF *as a Spectator*. Meaning flight tickets, hotels, all the other stuff. Thx :)

EDIT: Forgot to put this in. I live in Clarence, NY. Closest airport is Buffalo Niagara Intl. Airport. From what I see, so direct flight from there to anywhere in Germany, unless I go to Bigger Airport (e.g. NYC, Miami, etc).
