Newton school or Loudoun school for advanced studies?

I am looking for a private school for my 8th grader, he is very smart and would love for him to have the best education he could have. While searching for a private school in the area, I came across these two schools. Is Newton for special need kids only? What about Loudoun school for advanced studies? Any help would be much appreciated.
