Should I ride my new motorcycle back?

I am a new rider and I am about to travel 3 hours away to buy a Honda NC700c DCT and thought about driving it back. I’ve rode for about 7 or 8 hours in total. Fastest I’ve went was about 50 and feel pretty comfortable on a bike. The bikes I rode were a rebel 250, Kawasaki Z125, and harley 300x for my riding course that I took last week. Overall I feel confident riding, just never been at interstate speeds or drove that long of a distance before. What do you all think, is it a smart idea to ride it back, or just rent a U-Haul and go grab it in a truck.
