Lip blush healing process

Hey everyone! I got my lips blushed and my eyebrow microbladed 5 days ago. My eyebrows are healing really well and giving me no issues, I’m really excited about them! The healing process for my lips though… a nightmare.

The first 3 days were oozing like I was told they would. I developed a small red spot under my lips and thought it was a rosacea/dermatitis breakout so I got an antibiotic for it and it cleared up. But now, on day five, my lips are burning and tingling. They aren’t fully dry and peeling like I see with others’ healing, they’re more like when you get water on a scab and the scab look wet as it peels. It’s like that mostly on the top lip, the bottom is my dry and flaky and seems like more normal, healthy peeling. Anyway, I’ve been reading about it and I think I have a cold sore (never had one that I can recall), so I got an antiviral prescribed that I start taking today.

Does this happen to many people? Or, is my healing process normal? Also, is this going to mess up my final result? I’m just inexperienced and nervous about this healing process, y’all. Any advice welcome!
