NYC Residency Competitiveness?

I understand people have voiced many concerns of how horrible NYC residencies are, I am not here for that.

My question is for academic programs like Cornell, Sinai, Columbia, and NYU, how competitive should your application be for in general any specialty? I was hoping to hear from any applicants who recently matched into any of these programs w/ any specialty for their application competitiveness. These 4 programs are often included in a top-tier residency program list per doximity and I wanted to know how competitive applications should be? Are we expecting guarenteed AOA? Step 2 >250? Thank you!
