Is this a pimple or spider bite?

I have this right below my waist above my crotch and it hurts a decent amount when I put on my underwear or just gently touch it. Do you know if this is a pimple, spider bite, or something else? Only medical thing I’m dealing with right now is that I have a cold (coughing). If you could let me know what I’m dealing with here and how I can treat it properly would be greatly appreciated
