Therapists who take Maryland Medicaid or other resources

I was attacked in a hate crime last February. I am gay. It occurred in my vehicle while I was driving someone and caused me to crash into a parked vehicle. I already had diagnosed anxiety. Now PTSD. Got DUI a month ago after my court date where the guy who beat me up plead guilty. Lawyer expecting jail time and supervised probation. I made an awful mistake and expecting people to remind me of it. The psych ward gave me a counselor who barely speaks to me longer than ten minutes. Need actual therapy. I’m dealing with flashbacks of the February incident plus fear of prison. AA is helping as far as support but they can only give but so much support. I fear my suicidal ideations may get worse
