Punisher is a well-performing DPS but his zipline needs some love

Punisher's zipline needs to connect to everything. Not just a set of specific obscure things. If I wanna zip up into the clouds by hooking into a rooftop then yeah. Right now I can barely hook the top of the stairs directly in front of me.
