Marriott Bonvoy vs Hilton Honors

For those that experienced both brands, can you please highlight the pros and cons? I have been a 17 year member of Marriott Bonvoy and Titanium Elite. I recently stayed at a hilton brand and I can address some things that the Marriott app/service doesn't do consistently or at all. 1) choosing your room on the app 2) digital key was easy to get on hiltons. 3) Text message from front desk to see how well your stay is and conmunication is prompt. 4) room cleaning request is easier. Now this is just a couple of stays in hilton in 2024 and they have seem to have an edge in these aspects. Just curious to see how others view it
