Heavy limbs
Hi all!! Hope today is a better day for everyone!
I’m newly diagnosed and still understanding what’s going on with my body and how to help myself.
Do y’all have days where your limbs feel 2-3x their normal weight, no swelling just very heavy feeling.
I have this in my arms and legs right now, I can lift my arms over my head maybe 2-3 times before it feels like I just did a major workout and they’re fatigued.
I’m taking only 200mg of HCQ once daily for now, is there anything else that helps y’all when this occurs (meds, supps, lifestyle, diet, tips, etc.,)?
