I’m gaining weight & don’t know why
When I was in my teens & early 20s I had a weight of about 115-125 at most. I am 5’4. I don’t really eat much, maybe 1 or 2 meals a day and I snack here and there. I’m not big on breakfast so I mainly just eat lunch and dinner. I eat healthy for the most part.
I don’t workout consistently either and if I do it’s on my peloton bike. I’m not a fan of working out unless it’s yoga or Pilates but it’s too expensive. I used to do ballet when I was younger but now I’m just not into working out so I just watch what I eat. However, it seems like my weight is not where I want it.
Well I am 30 now and my weight is about 130-135. I wear a size 6 in pants when I’m used to wearing a size 2 or 4. My upper body is still small, but I’m noticing my butt and thighs have gotten bigger. I hate it. I’ve noticed my face has gotten bigger too. I’m not sure if it’s in my head because I did grow up with a mom who was very strict about my diet so I might have some body dysmorphia. Not sure if I was just late growing into my “woman’s body” or if I’m just getting fat. If I eat any less than I already do I’ll be starving myself and when I workout I eat more. Any advice would be helpful thank you.
