How are some fake LPS such good quality?!

Basic fun literally has pets that look so cheap (bad paint jobs, marks, poor plastic form, weird molds) but I own a fake and she's near PERFECT..only thing wrong is her head is a bit loose, but that's it. Otherwise she looks perfect and her plastic isn't squishy nor does she look weird and shiny like a lot of these new pets look like.

Can anyone explain how ppl get their fakes to look so good?!
