What else should I be doing?

I have dabbled in multiple languages, however, I haven’t even got the foundations in any of them because I keep switching. I’m currently doing the Java mooc and planned on doing Top along with it to learn a little front end and backend. Now I’m just doing Java alone because that’s what I’m interested in. I am in my second semester and the biggest class I’ve taking is two database courses so I know a decent amount of sql. What else should I be doing? How are people making these huge projects? I haven’t even completed my first year so obviously I’m not ready to apply to internships. I honestly don’t feel like I’ll ever be ready. There’s so much to know that I feel like I don’t even know what I don’t know lol. I always hear people say you should be doing more outside of your classes but what am I supposed to be doing?
