NYU Dean's Award: "Your award has now been calculated, but your award PDF is still processing. Please come back later to view your award."

Does anyone know how much later "later" is?

Also, why does the email tell us to "log... in to the financial aid application system through the same special browser that you previously downloaded and used to complete and submit your NYU Law School financial aid application" even though, as far as I know, that browser (FAAPS) no longer functions? Can we view our awards on a regular browser (e.g. Safari) or do we have to use FAAPS (which, again, I did not use to complete and submit my application, and also comes up with a blank screen when I open it).

NYU FinAid is a dumpster fire. Please help.
