Where can I watch Game of Thrones (rental/streaming) with Eng subs in Japan?

Looking to rewatch it but need subtitles because I’m getting old and can’t hear what they say. Also Japanese bf prefers to watch with Eng sub rather than Japanese otherwise his brain misfires with the English audio. I’m desperate! I know U-Next has it but only Japanese subs.
