Soundproofing your apartment to avoid noise complaints

Are there any gamers in tokyo? i have a question about soundproofing and noise complaints. I know this is not even necessary to soundproof your apartment, but as a gamer it actually matters. Because sometimes we just raised our voice and be very noisy and forgot our surroundings. Whats an easy and cheap way to soundproof your apartment to avoid noise complaints from gaming and loud conversations, while keeping a good relationship with the neighbors? I already looked on one reddit post about this too but it doesn’t really helped me, most of the answers are to musicians.
