How much did you spend on building a house?

I'm considering building a house outside of Tokyo but in Kanto area & wanted to see if others could give me some hints to how much they spent on just constructing their house (not the land).

I already have a nice size piece of land & just looking at house constructing costs.
Really interested in those who went with either Sumitomo or Ichiijo if you could include the model if you remember.
With the models where there options to expand the house size?
