Struggling with sleep: unable to let go of the day and feeling like sleep is a waste of time
I can’t seem to let go of the day when it’s time to sleep. Even though my life isn’t overly stressful, I feel like sleeping is a waste of time, and I struggle to accept that it’s necessary. This mindset keeps me awake, and I end up getting only 3-6 hours of sleep most nights
Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you shift your perspective and allow yourself to relax? Are there risks to this pattern and is recovery possible? Any advice or shared experiences would be a big help Thank you!
