Btech biotechnology from a good university or mbbs abroad

I am currently doing btech biotechnology from a good college after getting 620 in neet but my family wants me to go abroad for mbbs (cheaper options) .i can't decide ,,i am enjoying my time here and i don't regret anything,my family is kind of pushing me to go . What should i do Ps every advice is appreciated
