pulling my hair out

How on earth can one receive a response regarding an entirely undeserved, even absurd, subreddit ban? I have been searching all through Reddit, and on Google, and I keep getting sent back here, but when I use the most relevant word, I receive a message saying that this isn't the place. I am then sent to a page which contains, as far as I can see, absolutely no way to do what I need to do. Can anybody please, please help? Thanks.
