The Horse Clementine bag shipping timelines

I purchased the clementine bag in the burgundy color during the Black Friday sale on November 28th and got the notification that it had been shipped on December 1st. However the tracking hasn’t updated since and says FedEx hasn’t picked it up yet. Has anyone else who’s ordered this bag gotten it? I’m also based in California. Is it typical for the shipping to take this long? I reached out to the their customer support and they said it would ship early this week but still has not.
