Minimalist, asymmetrical brand / bag suggestions?

Hello! I am looking for a new bag (and it feels like I’ve been looking forever) and would love some brand or bag suggestions. I prefer low-key (no big logos), minimalist styles with interesting shapes. I’d like this bag to be leather, brown or burgundy, and small to mid-size. A crossbody strap option would be nice but am leaning toward a shoulder strap for sure. I prefer to buy used items and am willing to spend up to around $300. I currently carry an older Polene bag that I like a lot but am not particularly interested in getting another.

I definitely prefer smaller brands versus big designer names.
