Underrated plot hole

Everyone talks about the plot holes with Deluca’s mom being dead/not dead, Meredith’s Harper Avery after “no one” from GSM would win one after the foundation helped buy the hospital.

But NO ONE mentions that Jo Wilson testified in court for Torres’ malpractice lawsuit with the Olympic snowboarder, and later, was going to skip town after Karev/Deluca’s beating trial because her husband was going to find her if her name change was public record.

Took me a few rewatches to notice but I’ve never seen it mentioned!
