LOR Deadlines/Help

Okay a bit of a weird situation but I need some advice.

So one of my professors still hasn't submitted my LOR and obviously all of the applications were due the first week of January, and they are not responding to emails. But I did recently learn (not from the recommendor but through internet searching) that they currently are dealing with private matters and have been since I submitted my applications

All this to ask, what the heck should I do? I understand recommendors may have extra time to submit but it'll be two weeks tomorrow from my eaeliest due application. Likewise it doesn't seem like my place to inform admissions of my professor's situation when I myself haven't technically been informed. Any advice???

TLDR; Professor hasn't submitted LOR two weeks after deadline but is dealing with personal matters.. what to do?
