Blue screen every time I enable XMP

MB: Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory 2 CPU: Intel i9-13900k GPU: GIGABYTE 4080 OC PSU: COSAIR 1200x Shift

Just recently built it and and everything else works fine but when I enable xmp the pc will boot but as I log in it freezes and shuts off or blue screens

It's running stock at 4800 but I can use the system speed muitiplyer in the bios to bring it up to 5600, any higher it crashes
