so hi guys i need your help. big time. my friends from a boys dorm send me this to translate but my Niveau is just not ausreicht. i don't know the terms and i just don't want to do anything wrong since it's important.

which one is correct for like washing normal clothes? like for dark ones and whites. i normally use fast 45 Minuten 30 degrees for both.
