I managed to alter the weather in Wisconsin so much that people even made a meme about it. The fun part is, the weather moved around exactly like I visualized it. I recall an experience when Monroe traveled to the past and met a group of humans who were all naked. They communicated with him only through non-verbal communication (NVC) and asked if he wanted to change the weather to something more comfortable.

I’ve been practicing this kind of stuff since I was a kid. The tapes I used helped me make the effects more pronounced and caused the changes to happen much faster.
