Earplugs

Do any FAs recommend any type of earplugs while working a flight? My ears have had difficulties clearing after a flight. Just curious if any other FAs have had this issue or if you wear any type of earplugs that help. Also, do the earplugs interfere at all with your ability to hear pax or PAs or anything?
