Tips for keeping yourself accountable on Finch?

I've really struggled with truthfully finishing my goals. I tried revamping all my journeys several times this year, but it's really hard for me to actually do the things. I have a tendency to spam click my goals to finish my adventures, and when I choose to have reflections I often type gibberish. There's probably not much I can do about it, but I want to get better about it this year. It's not that I don't do the majority of the goals irl, but I really struggle to do them one by one. I feel ashamed of it a lot, but I don't want to take a break from Finch either. Hoping for a better year
