Spouse doesn't know about debt

My partner and I are going to a bank appointment to talk about changing some of our bank accounts. Currently we have a savings account and mortgage together. A few months ago I took out a small line of credit to help pay for her ring and she doesn't know about it. I would like to keep it that way. Is this likely to come up at our appointment? Of so is there away to avoid it coming up?

PS we live in Canada.
