How simple is FF14?

I don't like complex systems, i tried lost ark and hated it, was way too complex.
I come from world of warcraft, which was extremely simple and straight forward
I've also played diablo 4 which was somewhat simple, but more complicated than WoW

Wondering how you guys feel about this? Also how is the PVE and PVP in FF14? Is it easy to get into both?
