Hacked Account in 2023 How to send ID to verify Account

I have been in the infinite loop of trying to recover my account! The hacker removed my email and phone numbers from my account. When I try to recover it, it sends the recovery code to the hackers email. Ive seen you can send facebook your ID to try to recover your account, but I have had no success. Does anything have any tips on how to recover the account or a directly link to send them my ID to get my account back?
