21M Constant wind feeling in eyes and constantly conscious of feeling things in eyes

This may be slightly hard to explain but everyday I am conscious of my eyes as in I feel wind in my eyes (despite being inside) and sometimes a feeling of something hard in my eyes but there’s always something. I ask people and they say they feel nothing around their eyes and don’t notice anything throughout day to day life.

Today I have had a constant slight burning in the corner of my right eye since I’ve woken up, burning eyes seems to be a fairly common feeling for me.

Does anyone know what this is? Is it dry eyes? I’m at a loss and so confused.
