Curated Fishing?

First of all, this event has already been amazing. With curated fishing today I’ve already completed Wrothgar, Hew’s Bane, Necrom, Murkmire, Southern Elsweyr, Colockwork City, and the Reach. I have also gotten all but one fish for both Galen and the Dark Brotherhood which leads me this:

The Suncleft Cod (Salt) for Galen and the Black Anvil Loach (Foul) for the Gold Coast aren’t dropping for me and I’m getting duplicates of other fish from those waters. I’ve moved on to other zones but will double back and see if it works now and then and still no drops.

Is this just me or is anybody else running into issues with these as well?
