Weird bug.

Hello everyone!

I was wondering if someone has gone though the same. Yesterday I logged in and noticed that there were missing main quests from all cities and general Tamriel completion. I was just missing Vvardenfell and a few other quest around Western Skyrim and Northen Elsywer. I was already max rank in tribute but is asking to complete Tales of tribute quest to play which also doesn't let me take it since the NPC is no longer there, I assume because it was already completed. Already tried removing all addons, reinstalled the game etc. I have other character and everything was fine there. Sent a ticket too, was just wondering if someone had the same issue cause I don't know it is going to take to be resolved.

On the top right corner we can see it shows I do not meet requirements when I click on accept quest.
