Not Stopping for Ambulance

My traffic light was green, and the road had a slight curve, so I couldn’t see that the ambulance was on emergency (even though it was at a red or stop light for his side). Will I receive a violation for not stopping and giving way to the ambulance even it was dangerous for me to immediately stop in a green light?
