Is playing some videos at a higher speed detrimental?

I'm still at the Beginner level, but I'm at that stage where the hardest beginner videos(according to the DS platform's sorting function) are 60-80% comprehensible but some videos(like the series about Andrea's childhood) I can understand almost perfectly well even at 1.5x speed. Is playing some of those videos at a higher speed going to hurt my learning in any way? Dunno if providing this context helps, but I'm also going through Language Transfer's Complete Spanish playlist in addition to using Dreaming Spanish.
