Creating a scam database

Hello, recently we've been seeing some scammers impersonating students from DLSU. We frequently see them in UAAP Ticket groups or the Facebook marketplace. We're trying to create a database to easily recognize these people and we need some help din in collecting info and verification. Do you think this is a good idea? Is there already an existing and moderated database? Do you have any suggestions?
