How much do SD card speeds matter?

Hello,

I'm looking to buy a new SD card after the one I ordered for my new drone (Mini 3) turned out to be fake. I'm going to buy from a proper retailer this time so the variety is limited.

The first one I ordered was supposed to be a Samsung PRO Plus 128 GB card, but they don't sell that card in any proper retailer so now I have 3 options, either:

• buy something a bit more expensive that has the same 160 MB/s max read and 120 MB/s max write (i.e. SanDisk Extreme Pro)
• buy something for the same price but this time it has 130 MB/s max read and a max write slower than that (as per the documents) (Samsung EVO Plus)
• buy something that's price is in between with the other 2, but has 170 MB/s max read and 90 MB/s max write.

I have read the recommended SD cards page over and over again and these are my 3 options.-

My question is does the speed difference between the three cards that I gave as examples matter a lot? Will I have problems with the Samsung EVO Plus card if I do get it?
