Good / Cheap starting destinations for someone from 3rd world country

Hey everyone i have been thinking about trying this lifestyle for a couple of months now, and at the beginning of January next year I finally can do that, my question is what are good destinations to start with and are easy to access / get visa to , and relatively cheap ( I make between 1.5 - 3k usd / month working in software ), europe is off the list bcz of the visa procedure so I'm thinking either SE asia or SA Would love to hear your opinion
