Got into a service based company at 4.5 LPA … targeting 8-9LPA by EOY !

I’m a final year student at a Tier-3 college. Got placed in a 4.5 LPA Service-based company. I’m good with basics and prepared for GATE for a while so was able to go through the 5 rounds and was one of the 100 among 2000 students who were selected. I tried CAT got a good score but not enough to get a Tier 1 MBA. Was interested in coding initially but lost the interest got distracted never worked upon it much. But now I’ve decided that I’ll work hard and aiming for a 100% hike i.e. around 8-9 LPA in the first year itself. Can you pls guide me currently doing DSA in C++ not yet started on any development. Also will doing CP help me as I always interested in it.
